Soon after the launch of the TCL soundbar, TCL launched TCL 10 5G UW. It is a carrier-specific variant of the TCL 10 5G for the Verizon Wireless US network. The company claims it to be the most affordable 5G smartphone that users in the US can purchase. The TCL 10 5G was launched in April, and it is slightly different from the TCL 10 5G UW in terms of hardware. The main highlight of the phone is a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display and a 4,500mAh battery. Verizon has started rolling out 5G in the US. TCL 10 5G UW smartphone supports the telecom giant’s ‘ultra-wideband’ millimeter-wave 5G networks. The price of the TCL 10 UW smartphone is $399 in the US which is roughly around Rs. 29,400.
It has a network that delivers “blazing-fast speeds and the transformational experience that comes from 5G Ultra Wideband”. The phone is available in three colors: Chrome Blue and Mercury Gray.
TCL 10 5G UW Most Exciting Features
The TCL 10 5G UW runs on TCL UI based on Android10. It has a 6.53-inch full-HD+ LCD Notch Display with 1,080×2,340 pixels resolution. The back panel of the TCL 105G UW features gradient printing UV printed texture with OPVD. The visual technology used is TCL’s NXTVISION that provides ‘extra sharpness’ and enhances clarity as well as contrast. From Inside, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM is placed.
The phone comes with 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. In terms of optics, the handset features a triple rear camera setup that includes a primary sensor of 48-megapixel with an f/1.8 lens along with an ultra-wide camera of 8-megapixel and a macro shooter of 5-megapixel. The camera setup has a dual-LED flash. The smartphone also has a selfie camera sensor of 16-megapixel.
