The toned-down version of the Galaxy S20 flagship the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is now on sale in India. The smartphone was launched last week in the country. Its main highlight is triple rear cameras on a rectangular section and comes with a hole-punch display that is almost similar to the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Note 20 series. But, the Galaxy S20 FE, on the distinction part, offers a range of color options: Cloud Red, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy, and Cloud White color. Galaxy S20 FE is a tough competitor to the OnePlus 8, Vivo X50 Pro, and the iPhone XR in their price range. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a single variant phone which costs Rs. 49,999 for 8GB + 128GB storage option.
The smartphone is now available for purchase through online platforms, Amazon and Samsung India online store. Samsung is offering an additional Rs. 3,000 exchange discount in place of an old phone through its online store. Samsung Galaxy S20 also provided 4G and 5G options in the global markets, but only the 4G model managed to enter the Indian markets.
Features of the New Samsung Galaxy S20 FE
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE functions completely on One UI 2.0 which is developed along with Android 10. The smartphone has a 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 1,080×2,400 pixels. The device is powered by an octa-core Exynos 990 SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM. The Galaxy S20 FE features a triple rear camera setup that comprises of a 12-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 wide-angle lens and OIS- optical image stabilization support. and a 12-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens also an 8-megapixel telephoto shooter. At the front, there houses a 32-megapixel camera sensor with an f/2.0 autofocus lens. It comes with128GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. There is also an in-display fingerprint sensor.
