Rahul Dravid Will Coach Indian Team on Sri Lanka Tour -[BCCI Chief Ganguly Announcement]

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly has published that Rahul Dravid will be the head coach of the Indian team for the tour of Sri Lanka. BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Jai Shalu made this clear. The BCCI has also newly elected a squad for the limited-overs matches next to Sri Lanka in July

Team India will progress to Colombo on July 28 for three ODIs and three T20s in Sri Lanka from 13 July 2021. There will be different quarantine until July 4th. The players then form two various teams and play traditional matches. The ODIs will be played on 13, 16, 18 July 2021, and the T20 matches will be played on 21, 23, and 25 July 2021.

Rahul Dravid, the leader of the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore, was newly asked by the BCCI to coach the Sri Lanka tour, to which Dravid admitted. Rahul Dravid, who earlier coached the India-A and Under-19 teams, is known to have given guys like Merrick to Team India. Sri Lanka, who are currently on tour with Team Ruturaj Gaikwad, Chetan Sakariya, Devadatta step Gautam are other new players.
