Google’s Pixel 4a will make debut in the Indian market on October 17 in India via Flipkart. The company took to Twitter to announce the details. It stated that the much-awaited Pixel 4a will launch in India on October 17. Pixel 4a phone comes with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC. It appears as a successor of Pixel 3a which launched last year in the month of May.
The device has a 5.81-inch OLED display. The price of Pixel 4a listed on the company’s US website for 6GB + 128GB storage is $349 which is roughly Rs. 25,700. This phone is available in two different color options: Black and White. On October 17 this phone will make its way to India.
The dual nano-SIM Pixel 4a which runs on Android 11. The device features a 5.81-inch full-HD+ OLED display with 1,080×2,340 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, the new Pixel smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC. It also comes with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of internal storage that doesn’t support further expansion. The smartphone comes with a 2-megapixel camera sensor with an f/1.7 lens on the back with optical image stabilization (OIS).
The phone sports an 8-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture for selfie and video calls. It is power-packed with a 3,140mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, stereo speakers, and two microphones, along with noise suppression support, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors available are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor and a fingerprint sensor at the back. The phone weighs 143 grams.
