The Mizo people group praised the gesture of residents in Bihar who gave leafy foods and prepared foods to the individuals of the northeast, generally from Mizoram, at a stationary train close to Begusarai. This came seven days after an uncommon train was attacked in Bihar’s Danapur by individuals needing to get in. The Special train was conveying 1,300 individuals home to four northeastern States.
Recordings of nearby individuals trooping in and giving out parcels and bushels containing food to the travelers were widely shared via web-based networking media by Mizos and different networks in the northeast. The gesture was expressed by Zoramthanga, Mizoram’s CM, through a tweet.
He said that it is beautiful to see that India is flooded with love. Goodness for goodness, he added. A few days ago, the Mizo people offered their food to the flood-affected people. In return to their help, the people of Bihar have provided food to the Mizo people. The people from Bihar offered the food to the people northeast during the halt of their Shramik Special train.
Support Of Mizos To Victims Of Flood
Mr. Zoramthanga referred to another video that showed the Mizo people helping the flood-affected people. Further, Mizo people helped people from western Assam from a moving train in the flood-affected area. The people severely hit by the flood had taken their shelters beside the railway track.
Further, he added that it is his responsibility to maintain communal harmony in the State. Or elsewhere in the country. And we need to focus on such positive news during the thought times of Coronavirus Pandemic. Both people of Mizoram and Bihar appreciate the tweet by Mr. Zoramthanga in the same manner.
