Release Date For Colorado Rockies MLB Series City Connect Jerseys & More

Colorado Rockies MLB Series:- The officials of the Colorado Rockies MLB Series have announced the release date for the upcoming MLB Series City Connect Jerseys.

One of the best things that happened last season (you know, besides having a full 162 game schedule) was the release of the MLB Series City Connect jerseys. In a region where the NBA and NHL eclipse the MLB and NFL, it was refreshing to see baseball having fun with Nike’s new jersey sponsorship moving from Majestic in 2019. Fortunately, Nike extended the release and the best news is that the Colorado Rockies will be getting their very own City Connect jersey.

The first seven clubs to receive the Nike Connect treatment were the Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, San Francisco Giants, Miami Marlins, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Los Dodgers. Angeles.

While it was odd to see the Red Sox not wearing red, the White Sox in their black pinstripe jerseys with the Southside crest extended across the chest clearly stood out.

Likewise, the Marlins’ red-striped plains were reminiscent of the Cuban Havana Sugar Kings who was a Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds from the late 1950s to 1960s.

This year, seven additional clubs will receive new City Connect jerseys, including the Colorado Rockies.

They started off incredibly strong with the Washington Nationals exiting. They pay homage to the nation’s capital and its magnificent cherry blossom trees, many of which are located in the National Mall.

Even though the flowers will probably all be gone when these jerseys come out, no one else has pink uniforms outside of Mother’s Day. Originality is what makes this series so great. These Nats jerseys are already at the top of City Connect’s list.

Here’s the full list of this year’s squad release dates.

City Connect field debut schedule

  • Washington Nationals: April 9
  • Houston Astros: April 20
  • Kansas City Royals: April 30
  • Colorado Rockies: June 4
  • Los Angeles Angels: June 11
  • Milwaukee Brewers: June 24
  • San Diego Padres: July 8

Hopefully, the Rockies will have much better uniforms than the jerseys that were released for the All-Star festivities. To be honest, they didn’t have much time to change them after games were transferred from Atlanta at the start of the season.

The Rockies have been in need of a uniform change for probably over a decade (that’s a topic for another article.) So it’ll be nice to see some confusion, much like what Little League jerseys Classic have brought us with the nicknames of the Rockies. the back.

What kind of jerseys would you like to see? Would they bring a green jersey much like the 1998 All-Star Game jerseys when Ken Griffey, Jr. won the Home Run Derby with a nod to our friends at the purple line?

Would they do a neon jersey alluding to all the drinks available at Denver’s best bar, aka the Rooftop?

Or would they bring jerseys honoring the Original Colorado Rockies who played in the NHL were originally the Kansas City Scouts and eventually moved to New Jersey to become the Devils in 1982? The goal will be to beat these Turn Ahead the Clock beauties. Good luck with that Nike. June 4 cannot come soon enough.
