CBSE students to take pending board exams in their own schools, no external centres; results by July- end
Board Exams Update
Amidst the high-ranking death-defying lethargy-enduring Coronavirus, pending board exams have finally been announced to be taking place.
When, how and at what expense, you ask? Buckle up for I’m here to enlighten you with all my might.
Reportedly, all the students with pending papers for 10th and 12th classes will be enrolled to give the paper inside their own schools.
There wouldn’t be any examination held in an external test centre, so as to keep the disease contained to a limited zone and make sure it doesn’t spread like wildfire.
Well, as people say, board exams are held in different schools because there’s a lesser chance of partiality therein.
But now that we know how horrid the situation is and how worse it can get if proper rules aren’t followed, there’s no other choice but to go with the easy method available.
What To Follow
The HRD ministry has come up with a few guidelines that will allow a smooth examination-giving experience for all the students.
HRD Ministry has also planned so as to declare all the results of the board exam by July-end anyhow.
Surprisingly enough, all the evaluation and systematic procedures regarding results have been started.
According to the CBSE officials, students are supposed to appear for their exams at their respective schools.
Benefit Of It All
This will ensure that there’s the least travelling. Nevertheless, schools will make sure proper social distancing norms are maintained.
Students will be required to carry their own mask and sanitiser. This goes without saying, for we’re certain how dangerous the circumstance can be.
The HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, on a live interaction session with students, mentioned these regulations and the video aired on DD News last night, on the 19th of May.
A few papers weren’t done and dusted with because of Corona outbreak, but now it’ll be taking place from July 1st till 15th.
